The present. Now, right now, typing my thoughts onto this page, I am content. Too many minutes were wasted imagining and worrying about the future, too many days spent regretting the past. The present is what matters.
Second,
Ego. A mask that is perceived as a form of 'security' to protect yourself but in reality, it is another form of silent brutality and ostracism to yourself and your loved ones. Learn to shed one layer at a time.
Third,
Vulnerability. Take that shield off.
It is okay to ask for help.
