My mom passed away from cancer in February. Her death still feels unreal, like she will walk through the door any minute. Now that she's gone I realize how much I don't know and how much of her wisdom I will miss out on without her here. Just keeping the recipe cards won't be enough, you'll never be able to make them like she did.
